OUR STORY

   Formerly Tri-City Electronics, many people in Catawba NC and surrounding counties remember this business and the owner's Greg and Sibyle Hager and their son Brian.  In 2022, Greg Hager entrusted his legacy, his business and his loyal customers to his son, Brian Hager.  Brian grew up in this business and spent most of his life in the Audio-Video industry working for his dad.  In 2022, the business was reincorporated and named Hager Audio Video LLC.

   Over the decades, the business, the industry, and the technology has changed dramatically.  Many of our customers remember the beautiful store we once had. However, due to changes in shopping trends and product technology, we no longer require a store front.  Many of our customers now shop online at home or in the office.  Our new business model is to make in-home evaluations and recommendations with providing detailed estimates.  This process provides our customers with more options and better solutions to their needs.  We've come a long way since 1966, but our commitment to quality, sales, service and value has never changed.
